Investing in Whiskey is Simple

For Accredited Investors

1
Choose Your Investment Amount

Minimum investment starts at $50,000 per Unit whiskey casks start at $1,500 per barrel with prices adjusted based on the distillery’s premium bourbon production.

2
Fund Closes & Bourbon Production Begins

Once the fund reaches its full investment target, we partner with top Kentucky distillers to craft premium bourbon using various mash bills (recipes). Each of our funds has its own federal Wholesale/Importer permit, ensuring the best distiller pricing. Every batch undergoes laboratory testing to ensure authenticity, quality, and market viability.

3
Whiskey is Barreled & Stored in Bonded Warehouses

The bourbon is filled into new, charred American oak barrels, then shipped in bond to the distillery’s federally regulated rickhouses for storage.

Fully insured at market value (adjusted annually)
Optimal aging conditions for value appreciation

4
Barrels Are Identified & Tracked

To ensure complete transparency and security, each barrel is stenciled with:

Fund Logo
Serial Numbers & Lot Numbers
Warehouse Inventory & Location

All barrels are inventoried in compliance with the TTB (Alcohol & Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau) and the State of Kentucky, with computerized reports for tracking.

5
Investment Matures Over Time

As bourbon ages, its value naturally increases. During this period:

Barrels are examined & periodically sample-tested for quality assurance.
Aging enhances flavor, creating a premium product with higher market demand.

6
Liquidity & Returns (Year 3-5)

Beginning in Year 3 through Year 5, the fund strategically liquidates its holdings and distributes profits directly to investors based on:

Market demand & price appreciation
Optimal exit opportunities for maximum ROI

Hold for full maturity (5+ years) for peak returns
Exit earlier (Year 3-4) if high-value buyers are secured
